Our Mission
The Leadership Engagement Center coordinates personalized and
integrative learning experiences for Southern Utah University students
desiring to acquire and cultivate the knowledge and skills of effective
leadership. Exploring leadership behaviors will enable students to learn
and practice critical thinking, clear communication, and personal
integrity as they endeavor to become empathetic, conscientious and
accountable leaders within their chosen organizations and communities.
Our Vision
The Southern Utah University Leadership Engagement Center will be
recognized for its development of dynamic leaders that encourage and
empower individuals to achieve shared goals that benefit those they
lead. The Center aspires to become one of the finest undergraduate
leadership programs in American higher education.
